Dorien J.M. Michaels, I.

“I want to build a company that will change the world.”

Dorien Michaels is Venture Fidelis’s Founder, President, Chairman, and CEO. Since founding the company, Dorien has worked tirelessly to create and establish Venture Fidelis as the premier corporate entrepreneurship company in the world.

Dorien grew up in Silicon Valley, California, the birthplace of numerous highly entrepreneurial software companies. Next, to see the world, and broaden his scope, he joined the US Marine Corps and served as an aviation technician working on multi-million dollar combat aircraft. Quickly rising to the rank of Sergeant, Dorien’s natural leadership abilities were noted by his commanders and he was appointed to the prestigious Marine Enlisted Commissioning Education Program (MECEP) at Oregon State University to train to become a Marine Corps Commissioned Officer. Majoring in Political Science, three years into the four-year program a routine physical exam revealed a previously undiagnosed medical condition which forced Dorien into medical separation from the Marines.

After a challenging seven-year run in the Marine Corps, Dorien set out to build a company that would personify the principles of teamwork, excellence, competition, and esprit de corps the Marine Corps personifies.
"Entrepreneurs have the power to re-shape the world. This is indeed one of the noblest professions."
