Venture Fidelis offers two exciting career paths: one of management and one of special projects.

Business Innventors™ on management tracks are promoted into managerial roles, first managing a Venture Corp team, and later managing groups of teams. Managers are eligible for senior leadership positions, and can be selected to become a Venture Fi officer or a CEO of one of Venture Fidelis's new or current operating companies.

We understand that some people wish to advance and grow with Venture Fidelis but do not want to travel the management track, and we do not believe in promoting employees out of their strengths. These employees have an alternate course, given independent responsibilities that increase with promotion and special projects that greatly impact Venture Fidelis.

Both compensation and company prestige are the same on both tracks.
